Sophie Offers a Foundational Functional Health Assessment which consists of:

• One intake call (60mins) which will involve a thorough discussion of your health history, goals, and desired outputs.
• A detailed Health Summary Report and Health Action plan which outlines:
• • What’s likely contributing to your symptoms and why this is happening
  • Supplement protocol
  • Diet recommendations
  • Lifestyle recommendations i.e. for managing stress, detoxifying the home, better sleep hygiene
  • Comprehensive analysis of existing test results from a functional health perspective
  • Suggestions for any additional testing
• One follow up call to be scheduled within one month of receiving the follow up report.
