  • Active Listening: Paying full attention to YOU BEYOND OF WHAT YOU ARE SAYING without distractions, interruption or jumping into it with any other thoughts/ comments. We listen not only to the words but also to the tone, body language, and feelings.
  • Non-judgmental Attitude: Our doctors are with you not passing judgment on any of the events but assisting you in understanding YOUR thoughts or feelings, creating a safe space for them to be shared.
  • Reflecting and Paraphrasing: Restating what the person has said in your own words to show that you have been understood and to encourage you to continue sharing your feelings with ease and openness.
  • Validating Feelings: Our doctors acknowledge the emotions and experiences, even if they may not fully agree with them.
  • Responding with Empathy: Our doctors offer a thoughtful and caring response that shows understanding and support. This might involve sharing a similar experience or simply expressing care.
